Develop and implement IM&T strategies, policies, and standards to support business objectives.
Oversee the integration of IT systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with global best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the upstream oil & gas sector.
Proven track record in implementing and managing enterprise IT solutions.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and data management systems.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
