Job Description:

• Develop and implement IM&T strategies, policies, and standards to support business objectives.


• Oversee the integration of IT systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with global best practices.


• Identify emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.


• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the upstream oil & gas sector.


• Proven track record in implementing and managing enterprise IT solutions.


• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).


• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and data management systems.


• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


• Leadership and team-building skills to drive performance and innovation.


• Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning IT initiatives to business objectives.
