Responsibilities

• Ensure that all necessary Equipment needed for events are prepped and ready on time


• Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately


• Monitor all adhoc Staff and ensure all equipments are handled with care


• Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back


• Inspect all equipments after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure accurate number of items are returned

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience. 


• Excellent communication skills


• Listening skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Ability to supervise staff


• Basic numeracy skills


• Excellent time management skills


• Paying attention to details


• Excellent knowledge of inventory management System.
