- Reports to the Business Head, Nigeria
- Coordinate Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the region
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities in the region driving sales and meeting set targets
- Carry out periodic appraisal of subordinates and business activities monthly and quarterly.
- Drive the development of new businesses and relationships.
- Responsible for coordinating monthly regional sales meetings and reporting outcomes
- Source for and handle detailing activities,seminars and clinical presentations in the region
- Ensure that regional targets are met for sales and collections and in other set parameter.
Qualifications
- Degree / HND in Natural Sciences only (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, etc.)
- 6 - 10 years experience in Medical Sales and Management
Other Conditions:
- Ideal candidate should presently reside and have a thorough knowledge of key customers in the Region.
- Experience in management of Reps is required
- Must age less than 40years
