  • Reports to the Business Head, Nigeria

  • Coordinate Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the region

  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities in the region driving sales and meeting set targets

  • Carry out periodic appraisal of subordinates and business activities monthly and quarterly.

  • Drive the development of new businesses and relationships.

  • Responsible for coordinating monthly regional sales meetings and reporting outcomes

  • Source for and handle detailing activities,seminars and clinical presentations in the region

  • Ensure that regional targets are met for sales and collections and in other set parameter.


Qualifications



  • Degree / HND in Natural Sciences only (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, etc.)

  • 6 - 10 years experience in Medical Sales and Management


Other Conditions:



  • Ideal candidate should presently reside and have a thorough knowledge of key customers in the Region.

  • Experience in management of Reps is required

  • Must age less than 40years


Skill Set:



  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.

  • Business Acumen

  • Attention to detail required.

  • Leadership and management skills.
