Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire an experienced business director in the position of Executive Director for their Agro-Manufacturing and FMCG Sub-group.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable growth across the Agro-manufacturing and FMCG subsidiaries of the business


• Operational & Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability


• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance policies, and industry best practices.


• Business Expansion & Investments: Spearhead expansion initiatives that align with the business's long-term vision


• People & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing executive team across subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.


• At least 10 years in an executive leadership role (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent) overseeing multiple subsidiaries or business units.


• Experience managing businesses with revenues exceeding N15Billion annually.


• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
