Job Summary




  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee raw material sourcing, supplier base management, procurement, sales expansion, and export logistics.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, recycling, or waste management industries and will drive efficiency, cost savings, and business growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Raw Material Sourcing & Procurement: Source for PET suppliers and manage raw material suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. Ensure constant availability of PET, PP & PE raw materials. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and ensure timely delivery.

  • Supplier Base Management: Expand and diversify the raw materials supplier network across different locations in the country, negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers.

  • Sales & Client Base Expansion: Drive revenue growth by sourcing & onboarding new clients and increasing sales of flakes and pellets, Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase client retention.

  • Export & Cargo Shipment Management: Oversee the shipping and export logistics arrangement to ensure seamless client deliveries. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with international shipping regulations.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Compliance: Develop and enforce SOPs for procurement, sales, and export processes. Maintain a database of updated operational policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with operational policies to ensure efficiency.

  • Productivity & Problem-Solving: Analyze challenges in procurement, sales, and logistics and implement strategic solutions, take initiative in process improvements and operational efficiencies. Ensure time management and prioritization of tasks for optimal productivity.



Key Requirements

Education & Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, procurement, or sales management.

  • Industry experience in FMCG, recycling, or waste management is strongly preferred.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

  • Ability to source PET raw materials in Volumes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to drive sales and business expansion.

  • Expertise in logistics, shipment, and export processes.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
