Job Summary
- The Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving sales by achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
- Key duties include participating in promotions, monitoring market trends, onboarding new customers, liaising with finance customers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and industry knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities
- Achieve designated sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
- Record and report progress of all inquiries, including business trends, inquiry conversion ratios, future sales projections, and other reports as directed by management
- Actively engage in sales promotions and marketing activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to established price policies
- Update and maintain the customer database
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries
- Follow up with existing customers to generate referral prospects
- Adhere to the fundamental sales process laid down by Dana Plast.
Required Skills / Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field, with a background in Household Plastics sales
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for sales
- Awareness of market trends and intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed personality
- Strong communication skills
