About the Role
- As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- You will work closely with potential clients, educate them about solar solutions, and convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, including homeowners, businesses, and corporate clients.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Solar Depot NG.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop compelling sales pitches and close deals effectively.
- Experience with CRM software, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
