Key Responsibilities




  • Receipt, Inspect, and verify incoming goods against File / Packing list and delivery notes / waybills.

  • Checking and verifying import files and packing list - Cross-checking the import material boxes and maintaining file numbers after customs clearance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials received, stored, and dispatched.

  • After Customs checking – kindly cross check the box and maintain the File numbers.

  • Proper loading of import/local material From AFL to ANRML at Gujeni.

  • Maintaining dispatch reports and sharing dispatch material records with management via email

  • Maintain accurate records of stock / Material movements, transactions, dispatch details.

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and Material movements.

  • Maintained the inward and Outward reports.

  • Receipt of material import and local.

  • Preparation of Material receipt nots, NRGP & RGP using ERP software.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Additional certifications in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or ERP systems are an advantage.

  • Experience working with ERP software for inventory management (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Oracle ERP).
