Job Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- The role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment process optimization.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure that the company attracts the right talent to support its business objectives.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws and recruitment compliance standards in Nigeria.
