The National Sales Managerwill be responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and brand penetrationacross Nigeria.
This role requires an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in snacks, peanut butter, cheeseball, and mayonnaiseproduct lines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, train, and motivate regional sales teamsto drive performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.
Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and modern trade partnersto expand market presence.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and brand positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years in a senior sales role, preferably within the FMCG sector(Snacks, Peanut Butter, Cheeseball, Mayonnaise, or related categories).
Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams, managing distributors, and driving national sales growth.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and modern trade distribution in Nigeria.
Strong ability to negotiate high-value contracts, manage key accounts, and foster strategic partnerships.
Ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and implement growth-driven strategies.
