- Instrumentation Proficiency: Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, hematology analyzers, spectrophotometers, and molecular biology instruments (PCR, Western Blotting).
- Sample Handling and Processing: Knowledge of proper sample collection, preparation, and processing techniques.
