Job Summary

• Our client is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead their marketing efforts and drive business growth.


• The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage sales activities, and ensure our online presence is effective in promoting our services.

Purpose of Job:

• Undertake business development activities by researching, developing, and delivering marketing strategies, planning, and implementing sales activities.


• Ensure the Company website is effective in terms of marketing opportunities, serving the needs of our clients and potential sales activity.


• Work with the Directors in ensuring an efficient production of the company Newsletter.

Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Duties

• Conduct research to analyze client needs and requirements (e.g., local/national trends and preferences).


• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.


• Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans.


• Undertake successful marketing and sales campaigns.


• Set up tracking and evaluation systems for marketing activities.


• Identify and analyze main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients.


• Organize promotional activities for new products/services.


• Prepare monthly reports for the Directors by collecting and analyzing sales activity and data. Including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.


• Assist in the production of the client newsletter.


• Review and manage the Company website.


• Review and coordinate the Company promotional material.


• Such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or any related course


• At least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record.


• Female candidates only.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical and project management skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.


• Confident and approachable attitude.


• Strong creative outlook.


• Proven sales/marketing skills and experience or in a similar role.


• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.


• Ability to meet deadlines.


• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.

Salary

• Competitive (N350,000 and above) and open for negotiation.
