The Human Resource Officer will responsible for supporting the organization’s Human Resource functions, employee relations, Payroll management and compliance with labor laws.
This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Human Resource best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Support General Human Resource operations and staff documentation.
Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity and employee engagement activities.
Support the recruitment process for various vacant positions.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Administer payroll.
Maintain employee records for the organization, including employee database, remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance and other details etc.
Promote the company’s vision, mission and values through actions, training, communications and leading by example.
Compute and administer terminal benefits.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or related fields.
2 - 3 years of Human Resource experience in a reputable organization.
Previous experience in Construction industry is an added advantage.
Possession of Human Resource certification is a plus.
Competencies Required:
Strong Organizational skills with problem solving attitude.
Good communication and team player.
Knowledge in the use of Human Resource software.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
