Job Summary




  • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team at Toprofile Real Estate. 

  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets within the Abuja real estate market.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage potential clients for property sales.

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.

  • Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an advantage.
