We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring the optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, machines, and production equipment.


• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.


• Analyze mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all mechanical processes.


• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize machinery performance.


• Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of mechanical equipment.


• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.


• Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance records, and system documentation.


• Monitor machine performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance production output.


• Stay updated with the latest mechanical engineering technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing operations.


• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, thermodynamics, and mechanical system design.


• Hands-on experience with mechanical troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and preventive maintenance.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure production environment.


• Strong understanding of safety procedures, compliance regulations, and equipment standards.
