We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable TECHNICAL MANAGER to oversee the technical operations of our fish farming (aquaculture) division. The role involves ensuring efficient production, maintaining optimal fish health, implementing best aquaculture practices, and driving technical innovations to maximize productivity and sustainability.

Salary : 300k-400k

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, or related fields. Master’s is an added advantage


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale fish farming or aquaculture operations.


• Strong knowledge of cat fish farming 


• Expertise in water quality management, fish health, biosecurity, and disease management.


• Experience in managing hatcheries, nurseries, grow-out ponds, and/or RAS systems is preferred.


• Ability to handle team supervision, farm operations, and production planning.


• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improve farm performance.


• Willingness to be based near the farm site and travel as required.
