Job Duties:

Installation and Commissioning

• Install and set up air-cooled chillers and carrier AC units in commercial and industrial units


• Ensure proper refrigerant charging, piping, and electrical connections


• Perform system testing and commissioning to verify performance

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Conduct preventive maintenance on air-cooled chillers, including checking refrigerant levels, compressors, and heat exchangers


• Diagnose faults in carrier AC systems, such as compressor failures, sensor issues, or refrigerant leaks


• Replace defective parts like fans, coils, expansion valves, and control boards

Performance Optimization and Energy Efficiency

• Adjust system parameters for energy efficiency and cooling performance


• Clean condenser coils and air filters to prevent overheating and inefficiency


• Monitor pressure, temperature, and electrical loads to avoid breakdowns

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure systems comply with HVAC safety codes and environmental regulations


• Keep maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment manuals updated.

Job Requirement:

• HND/BSC in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC and Refrigeration with trade certification


• 10+ working experience as a Chillers Engineer or supervisor


• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of carrier Air cooled chillers
