Responsibilities




  • Provides strategic support to the Chairman

  • Provide executive-level administrative, and project management support while serving as a key liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports

  • Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries

  • Ensure smooth communication between the Executive and internal and external contacts

  • Work on and manage special projects, and plan events as directed, ensuring that the Executive’s directives are meticulously followed

  • Perform any other task that may be assigned by the Chairman



Requirements




  • 5+ years of experience in EA role, out of which 3 years should be with organization top executive

  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong project and people management experience

  • B.Sc. in any relevant field
