Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation on site.


• Mapping out cleaners’ work schedule and implementation of work plan.


• Management and dissemination of information to cleaners.


• Training of new hires and managing their performances.


• Investigation of customer’s complaint.


• Inspection of janitorial activities onsite.


• Reassignment of tasks.


• Management ofcleaningequipment


• Daily computation and submission of site report.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience


• Excellent time management and leadership skills
