  • We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Growth Sales Officer to join our client’s team. 

  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, business development, and merchant acquisition. 

  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with merchants, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Merchant Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and manage new merchants.

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with merchants.

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify business opportunities.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience.



Requirements




  • OND / HND / BSc 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets.

  • Experience in transaction finance or financial services is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
