Job Summary




  • To facilitate business growth by selling fixed investment products across Retail, HNI, and Corporate clients.



Duties & Responsibilities

Deposit Mobilization:




  • Lead generation and customer retention

  • Preparation of team's report.

  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.

  • Notify customers of investment maturity in due time before maturity.

  • Maximize profit of portfolio investment

  • Mobilize funds at a cost-effective rate

  • Diligently carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the team manager.

  • Resolving client complaints quickly and effectively.



Qualifications




  • First Degree in any discipline from an accredited higher Institution



Experience:




  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of sales and business development experience in the banking/financial sector

  • Preferred: Deposit Mobilization.



Skills and Competencies:




  • Self-starting ability

  • Collaborative working and team spiritedness

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

  • Presentation, Negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Numbers-savvy, and detail-oriented.
