Responsibilities




  • Drive a delivery van to deliver products and actively sell to customers in assigned territories.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales.

  • Conduct regular visits to customer locations and ensure their inventory needs are met promptly.

  • Promote and sell new and existing products, educating customers on features and benefits.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by management.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for expanding market presence and increasing sales.



Requirements




  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a direct sales or van sales context.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
