The Ideal Candidates will be responsible for managing the spare parts sales and logistics process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parts to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source correct parts and part numbers for MHE and CE products from parts manuals.
Prepare and send accurate pricing quotations to customers using Navision and Excel.
Generate and issue invoices and coordinate the shipment of parts to customers.
Manage and coordinate the logistics of parts and equipment to various customer locations.
Ensure adherence to material flow processes, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), gate passes, and Excel register updates.
Maintain accurate records of all activities and provide regular reports to superiors.
Achieve monthly spare targets by implementing tactical action plans.
Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager, ensuring quality, timeliness, and follow-up.
Actively interact with and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Proactively seek new business through cold calling and follow-up to achieve invoicing goals.
Manage Vendor/Customer interaction on Email.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience in handling spare parts quotations with vendors and customers.
Proven experience in dealing with spare parts from the heavy machinery industry.
Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts) and Construction Equipment (Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in email communication and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter."
