Job Description

• Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread        


• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.


• Manage food costing and inventory.


• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.


• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• BSc / HND holder in any field.


• 2- 3 years experience


• Must be creative with good knowledge about production and management of different cooking method of dishes.


• Must also be a team player.


• Candidates must reside around VI and its environs.

AGE: 25-30 years.

SALARY: N70,000

Must reside around Victoria Island axises.
