Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to optimize and automate business processes using Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and SQL Server.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow design, system integration, and database management, with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workflows and custom solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).


• Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with business needs.


• Monitor, maintain, and manage SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and design automation solutions.


• Ensure seamless integration between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SQL Server, and other applications.


• Administer and configure Microsoft collaboration platforms (SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive).


• Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance for all systems under your responsibility.


• Train staff and create documentation for new workflows and automated processes.


• Support disaster recovery plans, data backups, and compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in process automation, workflow design, and system administration using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, SharePoint).


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development.


• Strong expertise in SQL Server database management, including query optimization and data security.


• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JSON, CSS, HTML, Python, C#, or JavaScript.


• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, T-SQL).


• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate).


• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).


• Knowledge of business process re-engineering and optimization methodologies.


• Experience with integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, API management).
