This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager. The position is located in Lagos. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and moderating online and offline communities, engaging with community members, organizing events, creating content, and monitoring social media channels. The role also includes reporting on community metrics and feedback, and working closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure community engagement and satisfaction.



Qualifications




  • Experience in community management, social media management, and online engagement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Content creation, planning, and copywriting abilities

  • Event planning and organization skills

  • Ability to analyze community metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and tools

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Previous experience in HR or business consulting is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
