About the job




  • Nurture and manage key client accounts, understanding their business needs and aligning services accordingly.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of products or services.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the management team to assess and refine sales strategies

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximize client satisfaction.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account management, preferably within the technology solutions or IT services industry

  • Proven track record of client relationship management.

  • Certification in Sales or Account Management is advantageous

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics.

  • Negotiation and contract management skills
