Sales Associate

Duties:

• Sharing Product knowledge with customer: answer customers' questions and direct them to the right products.


•  Offering product information, and assisting them in finding items. Understanding and promoting current sales.


• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.


• May conduct sales transactions through.


• Comply with inventory control procedures;


• Suggest ways to improve sales e.g. planning marketing activities


• Learning as much as you can about a product so you can answer customer questions.


• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and participate


• Cross Sell Product


• Resolve customer problems and address complaints;


• Inform customers about current product or service promotions


• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
