We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to provide excellent customer support and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
Gather customer feedback to help improve services and products.
Assist in sales and promotional activities by engaging with customers.
Requirements
HND or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
