What You’ll Be Doing




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.

  • Develop strategic outreach plans to generate high-quality leads.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.

  • Close deals and meet/exceed revenue targets through effective sales execution.

  • Develop and refine our sales processes and strategies as we scale.

  • Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts.

  • Track and report key sales metrics to drive performance improvement.



What We’re Looking For




  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

  • Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software (or willingness to learn).

  • Passion for digital learning, tech, or SaaS sales (preferred but not required).
