Job Summary




  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Microsoft Excel skills to join our team.

  • While prior accounting experience is not required, the ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Excel for financial data management, reporting, and reconciliation.



Key Responsibilities




  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

  • Use Excel for data entry, financial tracking, and basic analysis.

  • Assist with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.

  • Generate financial reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation.

  • Work closely with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial policies.



Key Requirements




  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience.

  • Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial modeling).

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
