- We are seeking a creative and strategic Content/Media Strategist to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies for our diverse client portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, media planning, and performance analysis.
- You'll work closely with our creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, helping our clients meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development:
- Design and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across various digital channels (social media, blogs, websites, email, etc.).
Media Planning and Buying:
- Plan and manage digital media buys across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing for both performance and budget.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they meet performance targets (KPIs) and are delivered on time.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., providing detailed reports and insights on metrics such as engagement, conversions, ROI, etc.
Client Collaboration:
- Communicate and collaborate with clients regularly, ensuring that all content and media strategies align with their brand vision and business goals.
Content Creation Oversight:
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to create compelling, high-quality content (blog posts, videos, social media posts, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and content trends, using this knowledge to provide strategic recommendations to clients and ensure the agency remains competitive.
Budget Management:
- Manage client budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3-4 years of experience in content strategy, media planning, or digital marketing, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Solid experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and performance metrics.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with clients and internal teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or other media planning/analytics platforms is a plus.
