Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formation of the Business Strategy and ensure that all HR policies, procedures, systems and support are established and adhered to.
- Articulate and oversee the development and execution of human resources management strategy
- Develop and manage all aspects of Human Resources, including, but not limited to organization development, career management, performance management including succession planning, compensation & benefits administration, HRIS and payroll administration, and other related duties as required and assigned
- Provide critical support to human resource and change management activities
- Communicate and disseminate the corporate culture, values, and behavior of the organization
- Implement and maintain culture and change management across the organization by instituting ENPs and team bonding activities to reduce staff turnover and increase job satisfaction
- Provide weekly, monthly and periodic reporting to aid executive management in decision making.
- Work with Head in coordinating and implementing of annual performance reviews.
- Developing strategy for high performance Performed any other function as assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATION
- A Degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be familiar with specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources.
- Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources
