Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for optimal decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.

  • Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and risk management.

  • Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize investment and funding strategies.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support restructuring efforts in the oil & gas business.

  • Oversee cost management and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.



Requirements




  • BSc / MSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA certification required).

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Financial Services.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Expertise in financial reporting, ERP systems, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to drive financial strategy and business growth in a dynamic industry.
