  • We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in kitchen management and food preparation.

  • Prepare and cook Indian dishes with attention to detail.

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food safety standards.

  • Help with inventory and ordering supplies.

  • Contribute to menu planning and special dishes.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess an First School Leaving Certificate

  • At least 1 -2 year of experience in a restaurant or hotel.

  • Strong knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Food safety or culinary certification preferred.
