Responsibilities




  • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Support onboarding and employee training programs.

  • Coordinate employee benefits (health insurance, retirement, leave management).

  • Create HR-related reports and handle employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave requests.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance with vendors.

  • Schedule meetings, prepare internal communications, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and executives.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR or administrative experience, with HR software or HRIS knowledge.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time -management skills.

  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
