Core Responsibilities




  • Addressing customer questions about products, services and orders.

  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Offering accurate and helpful information to customers.

  • Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.



Requirements




  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in communications or any other related field

  • Should have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative

  • Experience in a retail environment will be an added advantage

  • Must stay in Ikoyi or its' environs (Onsite role)

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
