Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor / Officer to join our Production - Metallizer team. 


• The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Metallizer operations, with a strong background in FMCG or the manufacturing industry. 


• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Metallizer plant, ensuring optimal performance, and handling production-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Metallizer Plant Management:  Plan, monitor, and manage the Metallizer plant to ensure smooth operations.


• Process Knowledge:


• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Metallizer processes and effectively manage daily operations.Hands-on Experience in Slitting / Metalizing: Supervise and participate in the slitting and metalizing processes to ensure efficient production.


• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify issues in the Metallizer plant and provide quick and effective solutions to resolve them.


• Inventory Planning: Plan and manage the inventory of spare parts to ensure continuous production and avoid any downtime.


• Proficiency in Excel: Utilize Excel for reporting, documentation, and tracking material consumption.


• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and records of production processes, material usage, and consumption rates.


• Material Consumption Rate: Record and analyze material consumption rates for efficient management and cost control.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.


• 8-10 years of experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry, particularly in Metallizer operations.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.


• Experience in managing spare parts inventory and documentation.


• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
