The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
You will collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide insights that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process all accounting transactions such as disbursement, cash receipts, etc.
Ensure timely submission of monthly request, reconciliations and financial statement reports.
Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawal and deposits.
Provide administrative, logistical, and procurement support to the team.
Fund Management: Manage cash in and out, allocate funds reasonably.
Monitor cost expenditures, and improve fund utilization efficiency.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
File tax returns on time and ensure compliance according to account standards.
Other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
Experience with financial reporting and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet financial deadlines.
