Job Summary
- The HR Associate is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, training onboarding and employee relations.
- This role ensures smooth HR operations and enhances the employee experience through efficient HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a talent pool database for future hiring needs.
- Assist in coordinating learning and development and liaising with ITF
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conflict resolution and provide support in employee grievance handling.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Collect and process employee attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll preparation
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
