Job Summary

• The Plantation Harvesting Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating harvesting operations in a palm oil plantation to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plantation strategies to achieve business objectives.


• Lead and manage the plantation team for optimal performance.


• Ensure efficient use of equipment, labor, and materials.


• Develop and implement safety training programs and monitor compliance.


• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and ensure compliance with engagement policies.


• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and supply chain for timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Agriculture Science, or related fields.


• Certified Agricultural Professional (CAP) etc. is an added advantage


• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oil Palm Plantation management.


• Proven track record of successful plantation management, including yield improvement.


• Experience in working in Nigeria or similar tropical environments.


• Experience in managing teams, including supervisory and leadership roles.
