Job Overview

• We are looking for a Civil Engineer with up to 5 years of experience. This individual will oversee the technical aspects of the company’s project, manage site operations, supervise casual workers, truck/tipper drivers, and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.


• Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.


• Monitor progress and report any delays or issues to senior management.

Site Supervision:

• Manage casual workers and ensure they follow safety protocols and perform tasks effectively.


• Supervise the use of trucks and tippers, ensuring proper operation and delivery.


• Resolve any on-site personnel or logistical issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety standards and local regulations on-site.


• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports.


• Track material usage, workforce performance, and site activities.


• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the site and management.


• Coordinate with truck/tipper drivers to ensure timely material deliveries.


• Maintain effective communication among all site personnel.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• Up to 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or Site Engineer, with hands-on experience in construction projects.


• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and site management.


• Leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.


• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
