How You’ll Make An Impact
- Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project planning.
- Participate in team meetings, take minutes and circulate
- Prepare presentation slides and present at meetings
- Responsible for document control in shared folders and document exchange platforms
- Arrange travel logistics for team members.
- Manage administrative aspects of project management
What You Bring
- PMP, Prince2 or Professional Scrum certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5years work experience in related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior work experience or knowledge in administrative roles in a multinational organisation is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
