Job Description

• As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery of goods to our clients. 


• This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations.


• Load and unload delivery vehicles, which will involve frequent and heavy lifting of various items.


• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries, adhering to delivery schedules.


• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures.


• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.


• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.


• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.


• Be able to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 2 - 4 years experience. 


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Proven ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., up to [specify weight] lbs).


• Excellent physical stamina and strength.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable and punctual.


• prior delivery experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects frequently.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
