Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.


• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems for optimal performance.


• Ensure data security and cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive information.


• Oversee software development, system upgrades, and IT support services.


• Ensure compliance with insurance industry IT regulations and data protection laws.


• Collaborate with departments to implement digital transformation initiatives.


• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective IT support across the organization.


• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 7 years experience in IT management, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.


• Strong knowledge of network security, database management, and cloud computing.


• Experience with insurance software, ERP systems, and regulatory IT compliance.


• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or PMP are an added advantage.
