JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Responsible for contacting overdue customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. 


• Understand the reasons for overdue customers and make reasonable repayment plan according to company policy and customer's situation. 


• Record the collection process and update customer information in a timely manner.


• Assist in handling customer complaints and maintaining customer relationship. 


• Obey the arrangement of superior leaders and complete other work assigned by superior leaders.

JOB BENEFITS

• Basic salary: 60,000 Naira


• Weekly bonus,  daily bonus, weekly bonus, Sunday bonus (up to 15k) available


• 1,000 Naira Transportation allowance for one week of joining the company (Training period) 


• Permission to work from home after one week  (Will return to office for extensive training if not performing well) 


• Salary increment after the first  three months and again in six month time. 


• Year-end bonus for good performance every year.
