Key Responsibilities:



Project Planning & Coordination:




  • Lead project initiation, planning, and execution phases for AV and home automation systems.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, installation, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.



Client Interaction:




  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

  • Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements for project teams.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations, quality of work, and resolving issues promptly.



Team Leadership:




  • Oversee and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians.

  • Provide direction and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality project execution.

  • Conduct regular project meetings to ensure progress and troubleshoot issues.



Scheduling & Budget Management:




  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or timelines.



Vendor & Stakeholder Management:




  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.

  • Coordinate procurement of equipment, technology, and materials needed for projects.

  • Ensure that vendor deliveries and timelines align with the project schedule.



Risk Management & Problem Solving:




  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address any issues.

  • Handle unexpected problems, delays, or changes in scope efficiently and professionally.



Quality Control & Compliance:




  • Ensure that all installations meet industry standards, codes, and client specifications.

  • Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project completion.



Documentation & Reporting:




  • Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including contracts, designs, and change orders.

  • Provide regular reports to management on project status, challenges, and milestones.
