Our client, a leading software company in Benin Republic, is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager fluent in both English and French to lead business development efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Identify and engage potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects in both English and French.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or B2B sales.
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
Experience in the Benin Republic market or Francophone West Africa is a plus.
