  • Our client, a leading software company in Benin Republic, is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager fluent in both English and French to lead business development efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects in both English and French.

  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.



Requirements




  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or B2B sales.

  • Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience in the Benin Republic market or Francophone West Africa is a plus.
