Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager fluent in both English and French to drive project execution, ensure timely delivery, and manage cross-functional teams.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across diverse cultural and business landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.


• Develop project plans, define scope, and set milestones in line with business objectives.


• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.


• Manage project risks, budgets, and resources efficiently.


• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.


• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and clients.


• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements

• Fluent in English & French (spoken and written).


• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the software industry.


• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.


• Experience working with remote and multicultural teams.


• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
