Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, addressing both hardware and software issues.


• Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports


• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance


• Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques


• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair options and timelines effectively


• Manage inventory of replacement parts and order new stock as needed


• Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• ND / HND / BSc holder in Computer and Technology with at least 2 years work experience.


• Prior experience in repairing cell phones.


• Knowledge of different types of cell phone models


• Familiarity with repair tools and equipment


• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various cell phone issues


• Good communication skills to interact with customers


• Attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
